I've just been reading the thread about .eu's being illegal to sell, i can understand the odd one or two getting sold backhand style but for the people that snapped up all of the 3 letter domains and all the other typos are seriously screwed up.

I understand the majority of 3 letter .eu's were taken very quickly by only a small minority of people that may not see a return for their investment, time will tell but they may well have made a very bad descision.

And has anyone successfully completed a sale and whois change on an .EU domain? I, Myself only registered 1 .eu domain but it is unfortunate for those who mass registered but perhaps they got what was coming to them?

Interesting decision by eurid to make it so called "illegal" and i wonder if they will enforce a charge or crack under pressure, only time will tell.. :)

Sorry, i may not have made it clear but eurid is saying it will take action for any .EU domains sold so they may not be able to sell at all and have legal action if they do, so they may be stuck with a bunch of LLL.eu's
