I have been using estibot get some idea about the domain I've registered however I'm still unclear about some of the values it provides me.
I registered a name that has a frequency of 29,000,000, anchor text 72,900,
title 42,900, backlink is "0", Alexa Rank: Not Rank, Traffic (uniques)/day: NA, PPC Add score is "0" and exact search per month is 311.

Estibots value it at $2100. (I know this value is way over inflated).

I Understand Alexa Ranking, Traffic, and backlinks. But can someone explain the importance of "Frequency", "Achor Text", "Title" and "PPC Add Score". Are these value even relevant? :(

Frequency isn't really important -- a word like say, the , is really common, however a good 3 letter like seo.com would obviously go for far more than the.com.

Title appearances are more important than frequency but still aren't necessarily a good indicator of value.

Anchor Text (the text in a hyperlink), on the other hand, is extremely important (as an indicator of popularity, overall quality, and for SEO purposes). Anchor Text is generally only used to denote extremely relevant content. If you provide text in a hyperlink rather than simply showing where the link goes to, wouldn't you want to justify why people should click there? People who click on relevant anchor text are generally much more targetted traffic than ordinary visitors who may come across your site through a Google search.

PPC Ad Scores are based on Google's ad results. A name that displays more ads has increased competition and likely higher CPC for advertisers (and PPC for you). If names receive greater PPC, your revenue is higher, and hence your name is more valuable for parking purposes. So names with higher CPC (PPC) are of greater value (in general) than names with lower CPC (providing equal traffic is observed; exceptions abound) Obviously this isn't always important -- most LL.com in example (or most names in other extensions) will not make enough being parked to justify their value.

If you want, PM me the domain and I'll give you my personal input and clarification of the EstiBot valuation.

Also, please check:

Most of this stuff is explained there.

Agreed about such terms as "the", "and".... - but frequency is important, very important, statistically proven to correlate to domain value. But - as you say - the importance of frequency has to be filtered to exclude common and devaluing terms like "the" and "and" - and even then, these are not equally devaluing - "the" can be a brandable part of a domain name, e.g. TheLoop.com, TheWorld.com and so on. EstiBot takes these things into account when performing the valuation. Search frequency is only factored in after filtering out and weighing certain terms that would otherwise falsely influence the valuation.

Agreed.

Agreed to an extent - anchor text frequency has several shortcomings: many "spammy" or adult domain names have excessive anchor text frequency due to link farms and so on. And there are other scenarios too where Anchor text frequency is inflated. One has to be careful about considering Anchor text popularity - I've programmed such filters into EstiBot, as best I could.

Exactly.

Worth noting for EstiBot users that the displayed data is for the user's convenience and while they among the important ones, not all of them are factored in with every domain valuation - and sometimes they may even detract from value, if the algorithm detects funny business with the numbers.

On the other hand, there are 30+ other factors that are factored in but not displayed.

Cheers!
