Is there a rep from Estibot here?

I re-activated my subscription a week back via Crypto payment. Still can't access. The screen says "Waiting for confirmation from Paypal" since then.

Sent them a message via the contact form 3 days back. No response.

They don't seem to be active on Social Media either?
