The short answer is - no - there's really been no discernible improvement in the accuracy of the .TV valuations imo. Are they different than when estibot 2.0 first launched? Maybe, but it's certainly not at the point where estibot appraisals of .tv should now be considered relevant.
Examples:
FunnyVideos: 2.2 mil exact searches, > $1 CPC, $650 valuation
DesktopComputers: 821k exact searches, $5 CPC, $420 valuation
For comparison, the .INFO appraisals for the above keywords are 3 times the .TV appraisal. The .US appraisals are > 5 times what's listed for the .TV and the .net is nearly 100 times the .TV valuation.
