Planning of starting up business in the consumer retail industry and trying my luck to see if i could sell the site of for the expected amount i have in mind to help me move forward.

About 7-10 hours or less per week. All you would need to do is, accept the orders and place that order with the supplier(details will be handed over to the auction winner).
what is the expenses to run this website?
You need to get your own hosting for the website and also about $300 for advertising.
Marketing:
Have done(paid someone to do it actually) on some SEO with links that are specific to laminate flooring.And also, i am a paid member in some forums which are in the same niche as well. Have earned a good repo and that had helped in increase traffic to the website
And also i spend around $300 per month on this forums to remain as a paid member so that i could advertise more to the specific niche

Site is currently hosted at godaddy.com. New owner will need to change hosting accounts. I will help to transfer over to your account, after the auction.
