Large Client Database - Potential for further growth - Interested Buyers only

I have built this business from the ground up and I have decided (along with my husband) that I would like to let it go and pass it on for someone else to continue growing it. It's been a decision that has been in the making for about 6 months now. I just recently had a baby in July and we have a 3 1/2 year old. I thought that it wasn't going to be this hard trying to manage it all, but I have actually become extremely pressed for any real "working time" with being a stay at home mom to two kids under 3. We have also had some health issues with our newborn which has led to even less time to grow and take on new projects. With this being said, I would like to sell it and allow the brand that I have built to grow and prosper under new ownership. I am committed to selling.
We are really getting great organic traffic from both Google and Yahoo. This is where most of the business comes in as well as referrals. We have a large client database most of which are recurring clients and pretty loyal. I have taken on a large project for a Government of Canada agency (research institue). We have just recently completed their spin off site and have just received a contract for another website which is to be featured in the Globe and Mail (coming up in the next few months). This is going to be great press coverage for the company and we expect a large flow of new projects just from this coverage.
In the past year I have made a little over $54,000. This averages out to about $4500 / month. The organic traffic that the website is receiving comes from these keywords:

hip blog designs - 1st page
girly website design - 1st page
girly blog design - 1st page
premade templates
trendy blog design - 1st page
trendy website design - 1st page

We also get a lot of hits from local keywords (for our location).
I own a few other domains that will be included in the sale which also direct traffic to our website.
We are also DMOZ listed which helps our rankings alot. We are currently a PAGE RANK 5 website.
I just recently added a Premade Shop and just finished it up the other day. This will be a great asset as it will make further revenue for the company once promoted.
