Established Established Vista Gadget site - Traffic and PR

I started this project at the beginning of this year but due to other ongoing projects have fallen out of love with it...

The site:

The site is run on Joomla! CMS with a RT paid template. It is designed to promote 'home made' Vista sidebar gadgets, and includes resources, reviews and downloads in this area.

I have installed an integrated forum but it has remained locked as too has the ability for users to sign up as members. The members upload / download sections are all in place in the background but still remain to be tweeked before they are unlocked.

Traffic:

The site receives up to 100 uniques per day... and traffic peaked at a high last month of 2725 unique visitors. Unfortunately because I haven't updated the site for a month or so it has dropped from 4th to 8th in Google for the search term 'vista sidebar' and traffic has dropped slightly.

Traffic Stats

The site is PR4 with good relevant inbound links.

The site has made around $70 in Google Adsense since launch but this is mainly becuase I haven't prioritised the traffic and optimised ad locations etc... I just dont seem to have enough time lately!
