Hello Everyone,
Unfortunately due to some personal problems, I am in need of some money, therefore I have to sell one of my websites. I have managed this website for around a year but due to my lack of time and management, traffic and revenue have gone down the past few months. With some careful planning and management, I'm pretty sure traffic and revenue will exceed what it was before.

The website currently runs on a backend script which has alot of features including forcing uploaders to register as well as buying points to upload and etc. I have fully customized the script to fit into the custom design. The script can also keep track of the amount of bandwidth each images uses and restrict their usage.
The website currently receives around 400 unique visitors a day and around 9000 uniques /month. You may see the site stats here:

As you can see, alot of traffic comes from Yahoo and the website is ranked top for very good keywords.
Revenue has dropped quite a bit from around $3/day from google adsense to only $1/day now. This is due to ad placement and also traffic decrease.
Therefore revenue is currently at around $30/month.
Currently the website runs off a Celeron server with a 10 mbps dedicated line. The server costs are $59/month. You may choose to continue using this server or move it to your own. The server has more than enough room to accomodate this website as well as alot more websites.
The site uses around 500gb of bandwidth each month which is only a fraction of what the server can push.
I have put alot of work into this website and would not want to sell it if I didn't have to.
I will start the bidding at $450 usd .
