It is a diy and how to site that covers topics of all ranges from cars, crafts, finances, and etc. But its main focus is home repairs and decorating with probably 90% of the articles being in that category.
The site has a lot of articles all of which are unique.
Due to the large amount of articles the site gets a lot of organic traffic. Google searches is the number one source of traffic followed by google images.
Last month the site has gotten almost 3000 organic searches with the following as the leading keywords

sports cars
54 1.91%
kitchen backsplash designs
39 1.38%
It makes about 80 dollars a month in adsense. 10-30 from textlinkads.com and then I sell random links here and there for anywhere from 5-30 dollars a go.
There are loads of other ways to monetize the site such as clickbank and even affiliate programs to sell diy books/materials.
As you can see it has a pr2.
I got a few offers a few months back for about 2000-3000 dollars but I wanted to hold off and see if the income and traffic would grow and it has so I am hoping to get more now.
