hows escrow work with domain names?

dose the buyer put there money in a escrow account? or wheres the money go?

how dose it know wether ive pushed the name or not?

long process

both seller/buyer open account with escrow
seller makes the offer for sale price
buyer agrees to to term, and look at the product, deposits money in escrow
seller agrees to terms and fees, change dns and details to buyer
buyer notified change of details and takes control of domain
escrow release money to seller
