If you use a service like Escrow.com there should be no fraud. You will want to read all the rules and instructions with any service that you use.

The way it works as I understand it is, the buyer sends money to the escrow service. When the money has been paid, the seller turns over the property to the buyer. When the buyer confirms they have received it, the seller gets the money.

I don't know what they do if the buyer gets the thing sold and then says the didn't get it, but there must be some way they handle that.

I use Escrow.com all the time, and have never had a problem. However, it is possible to be a victim of fraud on ANY escrow service. For example, let's say the customer has paid, and escrow confirms receipt of the funds. You then transfer the domain to the customer. Escrow waits for the customer to confirm that they have received the domain. If this customer is a thief, they can say "I haven't received the domain" (even though they've changed the password and you no longer have access to it... but they leave the contact info to your info to make it look like you still own it). You've lost the domain and escrow will refund the funds to the customer. The only chance you have now to get the domain back is to get escrow involved in investigations with the new domain registrant. It could become a mess that they don't want to spend much time on. This is a purely made-up scenario, but I'm just trying to make you aware that no system is fool-proof.

what do you prefer for a domain transfer system instead of escrow, for the people, they live in germany and they have paypal and credit card.

because in escrow for the people from other countries except usa and canada i think, you must pay about %6 if you want to pay with credit card or paypal.

is there another secure and good service but it is a little cheaper?

thank you

thanks, so any way to sell safely my names to a domainer without any f/b?

i don't want to lose my name, its many cash and the domainer is from a very far country..

my emails from the registrar that confirm the push aren't solid proof for escrow?

maybe sedo? but i don't know how does it works

thanks again!

Sure. Meet in person, make sure he gives you cash, then transfer the name.
