Could someone tell me how many days you have to wait to get your money from escrow,after a buyer makes the trancaction?

If you are asking about escrow.com you have different methods of recieving your payments. Check (5-10 days), Wire (2-3 days), or Overnight Check (next day).

As Labrocca says, it depends on the payment method of the buyer, and also how you accept payment from the escrow service. It will also vary by escrow service and possibly where they are located in relation to you if sent by mail or bank transfer. transactions across international lines and with money conversions will take more time.

I get most payments via paypal from sedo in 1-2 days. Some escrow.com transactions take a week or more if paid by ACH. Some that pay by check only mail checks once or twice a month by that method.
