No live TMs for escrow, it's a generic term and widely used

Escrow is a generic keyword, and escrow services have existed long before Escrow.com did.

I am not really a .PRO fan but this is a solid keyword. No clue on value though.

There are about 50 live TMs for different Escrow companies. If you plan on selling it, be careful who you try and sell it to. You will be fine if you dont infringe on any of the existing trademarks

Yes, for a non-generic use. A TM by Apple for selling apples is obviously not enforceable.
Escrow is a generic service related term. A TM is not going to be able to block the generic use.

The TM listed is a non-generic related use.

Absolutely Brad, but all I'm trying to get across is its probably not a good idea to start a business in direct competition with the TM holder
