Need help with this situation, anyone here? I am writing in support and it seems, well it I guess it just seems that they are not competent enough to find my wire of 15000 usd. 1 MONTH PAST.

We match inbound wires with transactions as soon as they are received, so if it's not matched by EoD it wasn't received on that day. DM me the transaction info and I'd be happy to review the support tickets.
