Bad Bad Bad.

Needed to verify my account for tier 2.

submitted my drivers license +my passport . both are in hebrew with my name also in english.

the answer i got is that my request is rejected as my forms are in hebrew and they got no one to review them

im verified on namejet, dropcatch and u name it , just escrow acting like fools refusing to get more business because in some countries , documents come in a foreign language

As people mentioned either Sedo or Undeveloped. I tried them both, along with Payoneer escrow and Escrow.com (I dropped the last one because they because their service has really changed from what it was).

With Undeveloped you can get a 5% if the domain was imported as a lead and not a transaction.
With Sedo I think it was 3%? (Not sure though).

They're both quick and have a top-notch support. Undeveloped doesn't support ACH but they can send via SEPA, Paypal, Crypto.

I'm not sure why people still use escrow.com. I mean, personally, I've lost many deals just because of their verification BS.

I agree 100% ! I, and probably not the only one, will not send over a selfie of me holding up my personal documents to whom I do not know and even if I did know them I would not send them this information.

How will these store our PII? What safeguards are in place to protect our PII? They wont answer and frankly, they cant. Companies are getting hacked left and right. Its only a matter of time.

My bank has already done extensive document collections on me. If I am OK'd to do banking with my bank (and it happens to be the same bank as the one they use themselves I found out) then why do I also need to send them my utility bills, credit card photos, my face? If (no, WHEN) this information gets into the wrong hands then whomever has it can impersonate me as I am trying to "verify" myself. The entire process of verification is flawed right now. Will not do business with anyone over the Internet who insists on my photo and PII just for the sake of so-called verification. So, no, no escrow.com for me. Many alternatives exist.

I'm having the same problem. Submitted Passport and proof of address, and they said that address must be in English, but I can't provide it because it is written in Hebrew.

Then tried my ID and same issue. Translated it by my own and showed them and still not approving my account.

Update: talked to my bank to send me a statement that includes my address in English, and they sent me a PDF file.

Escrow didn't accept that as well. Not going to use their services.
