Given the more stringent requirements for ID verification what are folks like me supposed to submit if we don't own or rent a home.

I work overseas 10.5 months a year, and live with my family when I return CONUS.

Will a tax return form work + passport? My tax return uses the CONUS address I stay at during the Summer.
