Hi, does anyone know why you can not push a .es domain name at godaddy.com? Does anyone know how to transfer it to new owner?

Thanks in advance.

That's not entirely correct. I had a .es domain pushed into my account at Godaddy. It still shows the old owners info on whois and we're in the process of changing that with the registry.

That is one of my peeves about how GoDaddy handles certain ccTLDs.

I have also seen .ca sales like that - the domain gets "pushed" into their account, but they don't realize nothing happened to the whois. In fact if left as is, the domain still officially belongs to the other party.

Exactly, some registrars allow you to push ccTLDs so you are effectively gaining control of the domain names but the whois remains unchanged. Technically you are still not the legal holder. The only way is to follow the official procedure through the registry.
