I think smash was trying to set up a chat for ALL tv people.

Not just the elite ones. OF which we are all a group. Basically if you have bought a tv and reside in this forum, then you are one of us.

I am going to set up two chats because it is hard for people in Asia and Europe to participate at a time when it is convenient in North America. Of course anyone can participate if you are a EURO/Asian Nightowl you can be in the North American Chat and same for the North American night owls during the Euro/Asian Chat
