Probably just tired to handle Trustpilot reviews or they just like to scam all around or so
and had create it's own "Trust", they show it on their landings.

Just now, I was looking in Google what is that and find 4years old post from NP (they had a lot of such sites, some are down now, some are on sale and one day Epik will be gone too)

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
You notice how they have 295 reviews and Excellent while the biggest registrar in the world GoDaddy has 0 reviews and Poor. More of an in-house review site

Where have you been?
Epik‘s owned TrustRatings.com for a while.
I dont know about ”scam” but TrustRatings started from a noble purpose, pre-scandals. They wanted to charge epik to remove negative reviews, which is absolute BS, and thus, TrustRatings.com was born. I believe they have a better name than ”TrustPilot” so worst case; sell TrustRatings to “TrustPilot” and you’ll be able to recoup some if not all losses; divest what isnt core competency.

Trustpilot does not remove reviews in exchange for payment.

No—we don't allow any businesses to pay to remove bad reviews. In this article, you can learn more about how we work to build trust between consumers and businesses. Anyone who's had a genuine experience with a business, whether positive or negative, is welcome to leave a review on Trustpilot.

I don't think TrustRatings.com really has much value as a website. The domain might be worth a few grand.

New epik CEO is in over his head;
Did Rob meet his handpicked successor at a Bar? I’m probably biased, but epik doesnt promote their services, anymore, the services that arent a shell of their selves, or defunct. No sense of transparency, and epik‘s direction seems aimless.

It is still a mystery how this domain noob became CEO of a registrar.

However, Rob is still Chairman and majority shareholder of Epik.

The CEO and other executives serve at the pleasure of the board.

As Chairman and majority shareholder there should be nothing stopping Rob from replacing him. The fact that has not happened is a tacit endorsement.

That’s what they say— Yelp says this, too.
Either way, it’s completely unrelated to epik’s business; and if developed properly; it’s a billion dollar brand that can eclipse TrustPilot. How i felt then— I dont feel this, anymore. I dont believe Brian’s vision for it (if any) — I think TrustRatings should be sold to Yelp or TrustPilot.
What i would do; but what do i know.
Please stop disliking my posts : (Whomever you are : (

Matthew Adkisson has sued Epik in Washington State under RICO. It appear's the court's PACER is currently down, but will report on this as soon as I read the allegations
