domain eOfficePro.com - thoughts? tm?

I just purchased this domain. Any thoughts on development potential and value? Is this a TM issue?

Well the company with the TM eOffice may find this domain an issue, but if you sell it to them, they may have a pretty good use for it. Depending on how much they need it can depend on the value.
Undeveloped - high $xx to low $xxx (End user - mid $xxx)
Developed - May be too risky to develope seeing as eOffice.com has eOffice as a registered TM. Maybe high $xxx - low $x,xxx
