Am I getting old, why arent enom choosing to draw from my credit card info ?

You have to refill reseller accounts. It doesn't do it automagically.

Well I have had it a long time, its $6.95 and havent had to refill it before.

Just made the purchases throw CC.
Is it a new thing ?

Good luck sorting out the underside of Enom "refills" and service charge. These are now listed in the Enom TOS.

I don't know if this is new or not. acts837 and other NPers may be able to give you some history of changes.

The current rules as I understand them are that reseller accounts "draw" from their available balance (not CC) when a domain is registered, renewed, or transferred in.

Right. Its been that way for a *long* time for resellers, so it's nothing new.
