ENOM domains vanished

Hi,

All my domains at ENOM have vanished and I have confirmed with another user that all his aren't showing up in his account either. Anyone else seeing the same?

What is going on with ENOM?

Mine are still there. But for months they have had an issue where names I moved away still could be seen in my Enom account. In one instance they tried renewing a name that had been moved out 3 weeks prior. Definetely not reassuring.

No all my domains have vanished and i'm getting a message that domain list failed to load. I've logged in and out a number of times now and the same message and 0 domains showing up.

One other person told me by PM just recently he's seeing the same as me.
Interesting so looks like it's not all ENOM accounts having this issue.

I've had the same experience before and even now with a domain i've sold is still sitting showing in my account despite it definitely being at uniregistry now. Last time this happened I emailed ENOM support and asked them to remove it from my account, not very impressive.

But this issue shows all my names vanished from my account and an error message.
Pathetic!

Same issue here. It shows zero registered names and when I click on it there's that message Failed to retrieve domain list.

Scary to see, I have had my concerns about that platform for a while.

Must be some update, is there no way for them to do this without the whole system crashing.
I spoke to someone by PM who has buyers waiting, what on earth is he meant to say to them, that he doesn't have access to the domains now?

Pathetic and worrying!

I called because I have a push stalled since this morning, said something about servers, surprised they answered the phone in under a minute.

Yep, this is one of a number of technical issues they have encountered over this past year.. and its the middle of a business day, not a good time to be having these things happen!

I had a 60-day transfer lock issue and emailed them at their email address dedicated to transfer locks. Only to get a reply that it was not the right department. They didn't even bother to pass the issue on to the right department. Opened a support ticket and still waiting for a reply from them after five days.

Now they just pushed a domain to my account that I had auctioned at NameJet last month and which the winning bidder had paid for and received. Then I tried to login to see what is going on, but that was not even possible. According to their website:

"Investigating - Users attempting to log into their account on all Enom brands may encounter the following error:

Authorization has been denied for this request.

We are aware of the issue and are working towards a solution as quickly as possible."

All in all a terrible registrar. Almost as bad as Network Solutions and Moniker. I only use them because domains won in NameJet auctions are often placed there and move names out as soon as it is possible.

I am still waiting on a response from a ticket 20 days ago....

Their support level is pathetic for the second largest registrar.
