Enom Domain Reseller Script Problem

when trying to create a sub reseller account, I kept on getting the error message as follows:

form.php?err=3

You have selected a username that is currently in use. Please select another and try again

anyone knows how to fix this problem (I have been using this script for 3-4 months no problem).
