Dont think this has been posted yet. I received it last night in my email.

Greetings Club Drop Users,

We are excited by the success of Club Drop. Your participation has helped make this the premier domain drop catcher on the Internet.*

As of July 28th, the Club Drop Promotional Pricing is ending; therefore, we have made the following important changes to Club Drop rules. Please read this email carefully.

Changes to Reverse Auction Pricing
We will be adjusting the initial price for reverse auctions on Club Drop. The initial price will increase from $60.00 to $120.00. Once the auction starts, prices will drop at a faster rate in order to keep auction closing times consistent.

Changes to Minimum Entries
The minimum entry for Club Drop will increase from $10.00 to $15.00.

Changes to Club Drop Bid Increment Requirements
Per requests from our customers, the bid increment requirement on Club Drop (not auctions) has been reduced from $10.00 to $5.00, for bids below $100.00.

We look forward to continuing to provide you the best Club Drop experience.

Sincerely,

Club Drop Support Team

Another new change to Club Drop that you won't see advertised, is the removal of .US and .BIZ

Of course, since they never caught any of those domains, it's not a big deal. The REAL big deal is the way they falsely advertised their efforts regarding chasing them in the first place, and how they have silently removed their claims. Apparently they are hoping nobody will notice. Sorry, but we DID notice.

I love eNom, and they remain my favorite overall registrar, but their handling of this situation has been an insult to seasoned domainers and average consumers alike. It's an embarrassment to the industry, and if not for all the other things they do right, many people would take their business elsewhere because of this, including myself.

Shame on you eNom!

Signed,

HI

I do not use them much anymore myself... as the min deposit to refill ones account is a bit high sometimes.. If it was more like min.. $25 or something I think a lot more people would still be using them.

Min $100 deposit is just to much if you only want to bid on a few domains

Thanks
