There are thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of American/Canadian/British etc. teaching English in Asia. THis is big business.
The school I work for in Seoul Charges $US 1200 a month for classes from 10-2:30. Some are cheaper, some more expensive but you get an idea of the money involved.
Average salaries are $20 an hour+ depending on country and average one on one tution can exceed 50 an hour.
Asian countries are not as poor as the average North American believes. I know I was shocked at the lifestyle when I arrived. Not only that, education is the most important thing for children. If I showed you the schedules of some of my students, you would be shocked. Parents place enormous stess on children to study. These days the focus on English.
I would contact some of the larger franchise schools throughout asia and have a presentation ready. PM me and can help you find some names.
Also you could begin recruiting teachers.
ex: teach.english.asia
Currently in Korea, the average recruitment fee for placing a teacher in a school is over $1000 US.
You have lots of potential with this domain.
