I will develop a site full blown not mini site and sell. What do you think it would be worth just the domain then fully developed?

It's impossible to appraise a non-existent website since the value would be based on a number of factors such as traffic, revenue, # of members, etc. Despite the clear market you're going after, the OVT is pretty low so I'd say the domain itself is probably worth about $20- $30.

Thanks for the help. But i have to wonder to an end user the domain it self has to more valuable than $30.

Even with an educated guess the domain engaged.cc + lets say a mini site (5 pages of related text and shopping options for brides) should be valued in the mid $XXX range coundln't you say?

Phronesis appraisal for your domain is pretty much in that range. Now that you have a plan to develop it, the value could be in the mid $XXX or higher. Once it is develop it now can be measured in these criteria: Construction of Word, Popularity, Directory Inclusion, Site Factors, Incoming links, and Advetising Potential


These are just a few to mention. There are other factors to be consider.

chapel has the engaged.cc and yandig has the married.cc. I wish I could have gotten divorced.cc just in case being married.cc doesn't work out. And of course you need the lawyer.cc to make sure both party.cc get the fair.cc share.cc of the property.cc

Chapel to there is no one place to get the answer you are seeking. It takes some effort to find it. Do some research that's what I do most of the time. It seems to me that you have some kind of battle plan for your domain. And don't get discourage when a fellow domainer tells you that such a domain is wortless. The price of any good keyword domain becomes more valuable because of what you can to do with it.
