that's a really nice name, got loads of possible uses besides the medical condition. 165k exact google searches, average cpc $0,59 should do very well parked, but the real value of course would be to the right enduser (medical organization or some other (there's a club called amnesia)).
I have not enough experience with such names so I can only say my guess would be low-mid xx,xxx

You definitely didn't 'luck into it'. I would imagine it's worth about what you paid for it.

People who don't actually understand what names really sell for in the real world- when people are actually writing checks- tend to drastically overvalue names like this (see: recent discussion on 'ENTICEABLE.COM' where someone actually gave it a XX,XXX appraisal, then insisted upon it's accuracy) but it would be a spendy name... it would most likely break into xx,xxx and could go well into it, although names like this can be tough, since their nexus to commerce is so tenuous. It wouldn't shock me to see it sell for high XXXX either, but that would seem like a bargain.

I disagree.. I think this would go for high XXXX and more. It is one word, common word and easy to remember and to the point. I'd try to see if you can auction this off on SEDO with high reserve.
