What do you think of this letter that I plan to send to Financial Advisers and Financial Adviser networks? I will tailor it differently for the US (use Advisor spelling and domains)
***
Dear [XXX],
Business is tough for financial advisers right now, but even tougher for their frightened customers.
I am selling a domain name that a Financial Adviser will use to create a blog/information web site to advise and attract clients: “recessionadviser.com”.
The perfect way for a Financial Adviser to market their services and generate revenue in this environment is to provide advice on how to survive a recession.
A domain name with “recession” and “adviser” as keywords will increase the chances of ranking highly for these words in Google, and thus connect you with clients looking for financial advice during the recession.
On www.recessionadvisor.org I have created a very simple template of the type of thing that can be done, but I would expect the Financial Advisor who buys the domain to commission a unique design that advertises their services prominently (if you require my advice on this I am happy to provide it).
Dennis Gartman of The Gartman Letter has stated that, “we’re likely to remain in a recession through the greatest portion of 2009…we’ll see continued bad economic data and continued increases in unemployment. It’s going to seem like things are really, really, really bad.” The best way to market in this environment is provide information that is adapted to the situation i.e. recession advice.
If you are interested in purchasing this domain or any others that I own (recessionadvisor.org, recessionadvisor.net, recession-advisor.com, recessionadvisor.us recessionadviser.co.uk, recessionadvisor.ca, recessionadviser.co.nz, recessionadvisor.asia, recessionadvisor.in, recessionadviser.org) please contact me.
Once the recession is over, the web site content can be redirected to another site – either your main site or another niche advisory site on post-recession growth advice.
I am not a spammer and I won’t send any more emails so if you are not interested just press delete, and sorry to have bothered you.
