So this morning I opened my e-mail and found that someone has sent me a request for a price. What do you guys think the site is worth? What should I ask for realistically?

I just bought this domain name on friday (11-10), and launched yesterday(11-13).

I think they just want the domain name, so what do you think the domain name would go for, then what do you think the whole site would go for? Thanks guys, appreciate any help.

Be sure they dont ask you to buy an appraisal... Sounds like an appraisal scam, but you never know.

Just regged on Friday? Post the text of the email - don't want to be a downer, but sounds just like the emails I get about a week after I reg a domain with a new whois

If it is a real offer, any amount you can get would be great.

I'll leave this thread here for now - until we find out the text of the message - but otherwise it'll end up in Appraisal-land where it probably belonged to begin with

Sorry for posting in the incorrect forum, but THANK ALL OF YOU GUYS. This is the reason I Love namepros.com so much. As it turns out, you all were right, it is a typical appraisal scam. Thanks for everything guys, saved me a lot of time and headaches. By the way, I found the same e-mail posted in an old namepros thread, this is the latest e-mail this guy is mocking up:
