I think if you build a site in spanish with info about construstion and also a directory listing of construction companies in spain then you can probably charge the companies a monthly advertising fee. So it will bring in monthly revenues.

But if you sell the domains I think .info is worth low $XX
and .eu is worth low to mid $XXX.

I don't have plans to develop anyone of that websites! But where you thing is the best place to get some offers? Try to sell it to a end user or resell it here?
