Employment Site

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for an Employment Site (either Opensource or Licensed, it doesn;t matter) with the following features:

1- customizable / skinnable (css)
2- Multi-level logins
3- CV submission, if it has the option to filter a pdf or doc file to fields it would be excellent.
4- other usual specs of any employment site

Your advise is highly appreciated
