Empire Hosting VPS - Great Support !!

First of all the disclaimer, I am in no way associated with this company.

I signed up with Empire for an entry-level VPS 3 days ago and WOW, what good support they provide !! - I am used to having to wait several hours for a reply, and to a lot of "Well that's not really a normal support request", but so far they have been exceptional.

I have made a number of requests for things that I could probably do myself if I spend hours carefully following a procedure, and without hesitation they have done it for me !!

I actually saw them on WHT and was lucky enough to get a free Cpanel / WHM, and having tried a few VPS solutions with other cp's, I would not choose any other CP than cpanel/WHM.

I can easily import my other client accounts to the new VPS accounts and it makes life so much easier, have looked at plesk and others but although they have pretty interfaces, nothing seems to match cpanel functionality.

Anyway, take a look, it's great value for money as far as I am concerned, and if the level of support so far is the benchmark, I am going to be staying a long time !!
