Established Eminem Fansite for Sale - $1,200

Okay so the site for sale is an Eminem fan website which I started over a year ago. I run and own a few personal and hobby sites and have a lot of experience in web design, web marketing and SEO.

So the reason I'm selling this is because I just don't have the time to run and maintain it. There are other priorities that need more attention right now. I'm actually gutted to be selling it but It's just going to waste under my management.

Visits to the site have been consistent. They've ranged anywhere from 200-500 unique visitors today, depending on how much I've been marketing the site. The only time it's fluctuated is when I've not had time to keep the work up and therefore for-fitted traffic. But there is a great potential for growth here.

I'm curently earning 'basically' no revenue from the site. I say 'basically' as I make enough to run it per month from Google AdSense, or did, until I started removing it. I was planning to get the site in a certain position before I started implementing revenue streams. But there's certainly potential even now. Although I would personally recommend raising the profile a little more first, get the traffic to a higher level.

There's also a forum, which is hosted on a sub-domain within the site directory and a gallery. And I own a few social accounts associated to it, the details of which are all below...

I can simply make the buyer the admin of the Facebook group and give the logins to the social accounts to which you can link to your own email accounts. I am asking for $1,000 as this is a site built from scratch, it's pretty expansive in scope, in terms of the potential. A lot of care has gone into the look and feel. The only thing now holding it back is the unfinished content. The site is organised comprehensively into sub-folders, all images and pages arranged correctly / neatly.

So anybody who buys this will get the entire site in a ZIP, all related accounts passed over to them and all of my ads / personal links shall be removed from the site before I give it to you.

It may seem somewhat a lot to ask for a site with no income but it's starting to age well, has a PageRank of 4, is ranked nicely in the search engine(s) for related terms - Including images. And there's a lot of potential for growth and revenue streams here, I feel it's a fair price for a valued opportunity. And I would like to sell it to somebody who's going to take it to a good place.

I wish I had the time myself to take it forward but it's just a rather taskly job in terms of creating so much more original content and keeping the news updated. But I'm sure somebody with more time could give it the attention it deserves and make it work well.
