Hi guys,

Can you recommend me some good and cheap email provider? First I use GoDaddy Office 365, and after GoDaddy Workspace Webmail. I'm not happy with their service, mails go to spam mail and currently my Workspace Webmail it´s not working properly. This also happened before with their Office 365.

Thanks.

I use Rackspace e-mail for anything that I actually care about in my business. Like someone else commented above, it's actually pretty affordable.

let say 10$ per month is equal to 120$ per year, how bout pay 1200$ for 10 years?
compare it with pay 100$ and use it without any other monthly fee, you were on BEP on the first year.

What's your point? $1200 over a 10 year period is peanuts considering e-mail is probably the primary mode of communication for many operating websites and selling domains.

Hey,
greetings.

Must use Hostgator. This is cheap email provider I ever used.

@UXela - thanks for the free advertising.
However > I kindly suggest that only users that are already familiar with the G Suite / Google Apps and know what a grandfathered legacy account is and what advantages it has should contact me about getting such account.
It is really complicated to explain everything if the user is not familiar with the concept. With you it all went fine (and cheap for you :) ) because you already know what the services are.

Don't get me wrong - I appreciate your kind recommendation - I only want to state that this service is not for everybody.

Bump for this thread. Which email provider do you use for outbound marketing? Do you warm up your emails?

I would recommend a dedicated server as the best solution. Most cheap VPS providers close email ports permanently, some requires explanation of your reasoning before opening the ports. Also managing a server at low cost requires a broad technical knowledge. Managed servers are expensive. You may rent a cheap VPS just to learn how to manage server. I don't recommend managed hosting services especially shared hosting packages for any purpose because of the limits and lack of customization.

I personally recently switched to VPS. Paying $20/year, 20 GB ssd. To open email pors I just asked. It took some time to configure the server, but now I have several email addresses on multiple domains.

And it's working now?

How this works? How many emails can you open and how many domains connect?
Is the IP address the same for all emails?

Others please also include in this thread. I am sure that here is plently of domainers which are sending 1k or more emails daily. How you manage to do it? What you use for sending these emails

Works fine. IP is the same for all emails, unlimited number of domains and email addresses. But I'm not sending thousands of emails, so I don't know how it would work.

Rent a cheap server and install debian OS first and then ispconfig on it. You have to be familiar with server management to keep the cost at minimum. Open source software is free of charge and perfectly work for sending, receiving emails. I am not into email marketing and haven't tried before. But I bet a server can send 100k emails daily with no technical issue. Sending emails is not a resource heavy process for servers. However you have to be careful on not sending spam emails.

Cheapest server providers are usually based in FR, NL and DE. I don't know the reason of it. Bandwidth and electricity may be cheap in those countries. Server location is unimportant especially if your main purpose is to send/receive emails.

If you don't know server management you will have to pay for paid control panels and server management. Those expenses will usually be 4+ times of the actual server cost.

Thanks for your response.
I will take a look into servers.

What about email hosting with dedicated IP?
