request REGISTRARS WITH FREE EMAIL HOSTING?

I've been out of this game for a really long time - so sorry for the noob question.
I noticed GD is now transferring webmail (that was free) with domains to O365 and charging $2.99 mo. which I feel is a ripoff (GD has not changed it's spots :xf.rolleyes:). I want to find a registrar to transfer a couple of domains to and get free pop servers so I can use the domains in emails.... something like the old GD service for webmail.
can anyone help? Point me in the right direction?

Thanks!!!

Free email as you describe is prone to abuse so either you pay to host or you use a service like gmail.
