Email hosting provider

Hi !

I've one project where I need to provide free email to my clients. Does anybody nows about some email hosting company where I can get an email server and with an API remotely setup email accounts?

I never heard about one, so I'm just wondering if it really exists.

http://gawab.net/webfront/webmaster.php also does it, but i like interface of everyone.net better
