Hey Guys I am still very new to selling domains so I was pretty happy when I found this community lol. Long story short.. it would be great to get some input on the domain worth.

The search volume is low (roughly 300) but the CPC is at $6.83

Any input would be appreciated

I like the name. City (almost 700k population)+gym. Good pick up.

Could reach low XXX on auction.

My rule of thumb with geo ,gym domains is a buck for every thousand population ,thats were I sold 3 of mine and thats where the negotiation finished I came up with the rule of thumb later. But there not too easy to sell
