MöbelBüro is not the linguistically correct order of the keywords in German. That are just 2 keywords concatenated that makes not much sense. It's not completely crap but it's a very unusual combination of the words, that is not colloquial at all.
The correct order is "Büromöbel" - and that's why this name (Büromöbel.de) sold for 69,000 EUR. Also, MöbelBüro and Büromöbel are quite different from meaning if a German read it. No one would expect to buy office furniture behind "MöbelBüro.de" at the first glance. Owning such unusual combinations should also require to register the related name with dashes (meaning Möbel-Büro.de) and even the names with replaced Umlauts (MoebelBuero.de and Moebel-Buero.de) to be able to sell it as a package. Owning all of them and paying the reg-fee year by year would not return the investment because the price you can expect would be $xx - if at all. Sorry to tell...

If you go for keyword searches, then Büromöbel has about 40,500 per month (KWFinder.com with filter Language: German) while MöbelBüro has none. And that's for me personally also the value of it. As a native speaker I would not going to register this name.

I as English and German speaking (my mother tongue is Bulgarian) know that MöbelBüro in German sounds the same as Furniture Office in English and that still makes sense. What is your opinion about the previously registered Möbel domain by me? EinzigartigeMöbel.com

In this name I see 1 critical point from a German context that might influence the sale (sales price): It's a .COM! I've double checked EinzigartigeMöbel.com and EinzigartigeMöbel.de, both redirects to a Sedo landing page with similar layout. Are you the owner of the related .DE name as well? If so, you're the man otherwise from my point of view it's hard to sell. Based on the German keywords that even contains the "ö" as umlaut the market is very limited where you can find buyer. Probably mostly restricted to DACH region (because they have the related Umlauts on their default keyboards).
A German buyer would always go first for the .DE instead the .COM, because the ccTLD is more serious. In Germany often such keyword .COM addresses are used to offer affiliate sites or fraud sites (like offering cheap coffee machines a customer orders and after sending the money it never got's delivered. Finally, the site is down and or has moved). So, building a business on a .DE site is much better here (of course even for frauds... ).
If you're not owning the related .DE domain, I would suggest to go and register the similar name for .AT (it's still available - at least 2min ago... ) and try to sell the package of both TLDs in Austria. Check their existing furniture stores / companies and reach out to them with an offer. I would offer this package for low $xxx as asking price because yes, the keyword combination makes more sense than MöbelBüro but a monthly search volume of just 50 searches speaks for itself...

Thanks again @MAF1981, i am the owner of the de. domain, i think i could offer all the 3 as a package. Thanks for the advice about the .at domain. I've never reistered an .at domain before. I'll think about it. In comparison to DE, for me the AT is a dwarf, with 10 times less population. Recently (let's say since 1 year) i see many german sites that have 1, 2 or many keyword domains redirecting to their main website. Preventing competitors (Trump registered thousands of domains containig his name), and adding some traffic to the hompage with the relevant keyword domains it's a good tactic i think. I plan to ask an XXXX offer for the package.
