I think most of the e/i have value as long as they are followed by a simple, concrete word. That being said verbs and adjectives certainly have much lower rank than nouns. Genuine is a great adjective however, and eGenuine doesn't sound bad, iGenuine might sound slightly better because of the rhyming i in the front and middle.
This domain can be targeted to just about any industry and is a great generic term. If Genuine.com is worth 50k I would think eGenuine is worth low $x,xxx to an end user. Resellers tend to be pickier so I would expect in the low $xxx for this one via domainers.
