Effects of browser software

Hello, im new to forums so sorry! i have been set a college assingment to evaluate in detail the effrect that a users browser software has on the final appearence of web pages. I have so far written abut the problems with css and how not all browsers have the same understanding of it etc etc. I was wondering if their are any other points people can think off. I appreciate you readng this post and anticipate your reply

You could talk about all the different things that are allowed in each. For instance FF has skinning where you can skin your whole browser. You call also talk about tabbing.

I would also go bit more in depth and look at things such as font rendering (i.e. clear type etc)
