domain Ederville (dot) com - One Word City Name

Just wondering what something like this would be worth?. One word city domain name, city is in Texas.

I could barely find any info on the town so it is probably tiny. I've seen tiny cities in Texas get sold on eBay. I didn't even know you could sell a city but it makes me think this is one of those tiny cities. The one map I found though looked as if it was outside the Dallas/Ft. Worth area so you may want to hold on to it and hope Dallas expands into Ederville and you can sell it to some wealthy suburban ticky tack.

Even if it wasn't a city.. the name EderVille has a nice ring to it..
