I'd say low $xxx to a reseller. High $xxx - low $x,xxx to an end user :imho:

Nice approach to getting an appraisal - I don't blame you, getting rep for throwing out a few "guestimates" seems a bit silly IMO

Anyway - my "guestimate" is low $x,xxx right now - possible low $xx,xxx region within a year or two to the right end user.

Loads of possible uses there - patience is the key for this domain IMO

I'd appraise it at 1.000.00 as is without development. With the right buyer you could get alot higher. I agree with gazzip in regards to using patience with this domain name. Hang on to it until the right buyer comes a knocking.
