Owned these names for years... Love them, but they say don't get emotionally attached to your assets..lol
Anyway, I am moving them to consolidate for a much larger project. This pair is too good not to develop and sit in my inventory...

I have them being brokered also I got a couple of offers. Here's what I am looking at
I want to sell ASAP so I would consider a reserve auction. I'm starting at $25k, already have offers at $10ish k, so not much room to wiggle if you are interested. I am sure we can get these financed also if you don't have the cash.
So, not going lower than $15k that is for the pair. Let me know if you are interested ASAP.
