What is Intensive Point?
Intensive Point is the sales and support site for iUser software. It contains all the information prospective clients need in making a decision to purchase, a custom installation of iUser to deliver the product, plus a forum to build your iUser community! Intensive Point also includes affiliate software.
What is iUser?
iUser is a PayPal, Authorize.net and 2checkout compatible members area, shopping cart & product delivery system designed for merchants who sell software and ebook downloads. Among its many features, iUser allows for premium and free products, time sensitive options, client access to software updates and product bundling features.
Why sell iUser/Intensive Point?
It's another one of those projects that we thought "what a great idea", spent months developing it and then launching, only to find we still didn't have enough time to promote it properly. The hosting business is a cruel taskmaster

What's included with the Intensive Point sale?
Website design, content, IntensivePoint.com and .net domain name. The site is an original design and all rights will be transferred over to the new owner.

- Current customer database and accounts
- Special demo installation of iUser for potential clients to inspect
- IntensivePoint branded client forums (not live)
- License for powerful affiliate software to help you drive sales
What's included with the iUser sale?
- All rights to the iUser code and design elements (excellent intellectual property). Please note: billing gateways included with iUser are provided as LGPL
What's not included in the sale?
- Transfer or programming/consultancy services after the sale. If we had time for that, we'd be keeping the project. You can choose to keep the project hosted with ThinkHost, or transfer it to the hosting service of your choice.
What's the traffic?
Over the past 5 months since launch, the site is averaging around 1.5k uniques a month.

How many sales of iUser each month?
Short answer - an average of half a dozen copies are sold each month + installation and custom programming (which can be very profitable). We just don't have time to promote this project properly. If we were selling hundreds of copies a month, the asking price would be a *lot* higher. See this as an opportunity of taking a good product, ready to go, and making it generate the $$$ it should! There is a definite need for software at this pricing point in the market - promote it well and watch the sales roll in.
What are the current ongoing expenses?
Hosting for the project - around $30 a month
Development and support - currently around 10 hours a month
Usual payment processing fees on each sale
What's the asking price?
We will consider serious offers $7,000 and over for the iUser/Intensive Point bundle. Bear in mind, this is *excellent* intellectual property and ready to go. We aren't in a hurry to sell, so please, no "bargain basement" offers.
