Not talking about creating a site based around Google's site-search, but rather developing a specialized search engine that would be independent, yet resource-intensive. If so, I'm searching, and have been less than pleased with the quality of e-lancer replies thus far, so thought I would try 'ol reliable (NP) . Will pay very competitively for your time, especially if you have experience with a current market participant.
And if any of you have friends or colleagues that fit the bill, please send them my way, or let me know how to get in touch with them :tu:
I'll post the project here once we make some more progress, but for now - "hide and go seek developers!" is the name of the game :p
