I am unsure how to pull a OSC or Paypal report to show how many orders we have received or how many is pending. So if anyone has any suggestions on how to show that, let me know.

I will do with Sweet Cupcake what you do not have the honesty, integrity or where-with-all to do! I want to keep ALL consultants who wish to remain with this venture, you know, the ones who worked so hard for this, to just have their lives slammed!

Why on earth would someone even make an offer like this? I certainly wouldn't want to try to operate a company with such a bad reputation. This whole saga reminds me of another company (KKG) only at a much higher level.

Why? Because I'm not all that knowledgeable about setting up such a site, so I'd be willing to pay $100 for a completely set up site, but it would NOT stay Sweet Cupcake, it would open new under Sweet Candlessence.

If not, then I'll wait until I can learn how to set up such a site, and have the funds available to launch. Either way, I dont want another to get scammed by this con!! There were MANY people who got hurt by her!

and ATTENTION all of you New Comers .... You may have bad dealings elsewhere with this person - But NONE of you have dealt with them here. You also haven't read our rules.

Our Trader Rating system is not here to be abused by people who have done no transactions here - and they WILL be removed. TR abuse is against our rules and is something we can suspend accounts over. Sales crashing without reporting things and letting the staff try to mediate for you is also against the rules.

I can understand Anger if you were wronged - but this is no excuse for just coming in here and Trashing our rules this way.

assuming this is true, team up everyone who was ripped off and pursue legal action as a team to cut your costs on legal fees, call your credit card or debit card company and request a new number and they will turn off your old card and send you a new one, as far as the social security number goes not much you can do there except monitor your credit report every month or so and watch for any odd activity.

I was one of the 5,000, but fortunately I had not start advertising or anything yet. I am out $20 bucks, but no worries there. However, I did have the same concerns as you and I am going to sign up with Pre-Paid legal who offers a legal plan called Identity Theft Shield Plan at only $12.95 per month if you do not buy a membership or become an Associate, which I plan on doing as another way to earn money and utilize it as a product I will promote to businesses as part of my Lifestyle Management Company I will be launching in 2007 (The Concierge Place).

All we can do is just move on and find other legitimate opportunities; as well as be cognizant of our identity and everything that goes along with that.

I submitted a complaint to the FBI Internet Crime Division:

reference my complaint ID I0610090058211002. You are welcome to have
them contact me for additional assistance if they need more victims.

I also submitted to the Alabama Attorney General:

I didn't get a complaint ID number for that one, but again, feel free
to have them look up my name and contact me.

I also sent a complaint to the community action team at the TV station WHNT Huntsville, AL.

Please, anyone else who was taken by this woman file complaints with these agencies, and any other's you can think of.

You are 100% correct in saying that. Just think about it. How many people only ordered kit A? (I was one of them) I am sure there are a lot of us who did just to "test the waters". Now if only 1000 people spent the $20, that's $20,000 alone. That my friend is a lot of money to let her get away with. be it $2 or $200, if you spend any money...report it!!! JMO.

Hi fellow ex-SCC family. I'm really glad Mark reopened this thread.

I offered Camilla what I consider to be a fair offer for lock, stock and barrel, since she already made a fortune in this scam. I think her idea proposed was fantastic, although when I ran the figures, they just dont add up for it to be profitable to any business that wants to remain in business.

Anyways, I wanted to reopen it under Sweet Candlessence, but that is going to take time, lots of it, since I have other obligations as well.

Camilla, personally, I think you should GIVE SCC to every single consultant who has remained in contact with each other through the forums or whatever means!

This company has already been sold -- we issued refunds to those that requested them already.
