Site originally from 2004, grabbed this name up recently.
I'm going to say its worth low xxxx , only eBucks.net is available as premium name for 5000$ (check godaddy)

I think your best bet is to try and flog it to the .com/.us etc of ebucks.

.org would be good for them but the extension is kinda against the name...if you know what I mean. Profit.org does not go. Like trying to sell cookedmeat.vegitarian.

Still $xx low $xxx maybe.
