Addition - They were quite keen on RomanticVacation.net also. I told him to m ake me a reasonable offer for them both and lets chat. So he asked for my telephone number and email and said he would get back to me. I also said I'm a reasonable kinda a guy and not looking for "thousands of dollars".

They wanted my number and email. I also pitched Romantic Vacation to them.

I'm suprised the quotes are so low to be honest. I'm pitching at around $1500 per domain

Pitching domains for higher amounts to potential End user's is fine ... as long as there is room for some negotiation downward in order to complete the sale(s), IMHO. I try to consider what a relevant End user might reasonably pay or be able to afford, in an unexact science and limited time allotment.
Others, too, generally appraise at the Wholesale level.
It's all good.
PS. Good Luck with that "Weddings" site ... I''d call their toll-free number and tell them I've got just the right domain name to match it for them, and they already like the ".NET". :bingo:
