eBay type domain just expired

If anbody is interested I just noticed that the IDN xn--bay-ima.com (this is ebay.com with two little dots above the e) has just expired (at the time of this post) - don't mean to be ignorant I just can't remember what the two little dots are called

I don't bother with IDNs but I know some members do.

Any body new to this please read up on IDNs before going any further. And yeah I know "TM issues - reg fee"
