eBay help need

I want to open new acc in eBay but it's request from me creditcard but I haven't...I will pay there via paypal ...so is there any way to open new acc without cc?

I think to be a seller you have to give your card details.

You just need an email (Not free, like hotmail etc)

yep all you I needed was a email account that wasn't free, used my earthlink one so I didn't have to give credit card, for some reason I don't think you can use an AOL email addy though.

I have an ebay account and they never asked me for a CC.. why should they anyway? you dont have to buy anything just cause your a member!

To register as a buyer, all you need is an email that's not provided by a free email provider (Yahoo, etc.) because if you use one of those, it requires a credit card for validation.
